The Asian Centre Resource Collection consists of approximately 20,000 volumes of books and other printed materials on major Religions, Philosophy, Customs and Traditions, Literature, Visual Arts and Performing Arts, with a special focus on Asia. Others subjects on which materials may be found in the Collection are Western Literature, Anthropology and New Age Studies, including various alternative healing sciences, and general works on the History and Culture of Asian countries. The Asian Centre's special collections include those on Malay Culture, and on Penang. In addition to printed materials the Centre also has a collection of audio-visual materials with a special focus on Malay cultural heritage. The Asian Centre Resource Collection is currently not available online.
